Santa Specials - Important Notice
Due to unforseen personal circumstances beyond our control, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel our 'Santa Special' events this year. We unreservedly apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
All aboard our steam train to The North Pole for Santa's heated Grotto! Early booking is recommended as places fill up fast, bookings will close on the 14th December 2018 or earlier if full.
Santa Special Trains are running Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd from our Chapel Road Station. Thank you to all the families that came to see Santa last year Santa will cherish these memories and looks forward to seeing lots of our regular families as well as some new ones, this year.
Tickets are £12.50 per person.
*Staff usually available during normal office hours Tuesday to Thursday and all Saturdays and Sundays. A 24 hour answer machine is in operation outside of these hours.
Photos taken by our helpers will be available on our Facebook page and some may be used in advertising. Please speak to us on the day if you would prefer not to have your photographs taken
As well as our traditional seasonal cheer, price includes a ride on our steam train (subject to availability) to the North Pole where you alight for Santa's heated grotto. A sherry or non alcoholic warm fruit punch and a hot mince pie is served to adults with sweets and drinks for the children and of course the all important personalised present from Father Christmas. There will also be plenty of photo opportunities both inside and out, so don't forget your camera!
Warning. Our jokes are well used, so please feel free to bring your own to share!
Please allow a minimum of 45 minuites for your experience. We regret that car parking cannot be included.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or by bank transfer in advance (due to the specialist nature of this experience tickets are non refundable but gifts can be collected at a later date if there is a problem.)
